What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Long Lake

Five steps from first call to 30-day check-in.

Most cleaning relationships fail in the first 90 days — not because the cleaning is bad, but because expectations were not set in writing. The process below exists to prevent that. It applies to every account we open, regardless of size.

1

Walkthrough and Scope

We visit your building — or walk it with you by video if scheduling is difficult — and produce a written scope of work. The scope lists every area, every task, every frequency, and the access protocol. You review it, mark it up, and sign before any crew is assigned. The scope is the contract.

2

Crew Assignment

We assign a specific crew to your account. The crew lead receives a copy of the signed scope and a building map marking any skip zones, alarm panel locations, and supply storage. Access credentials are logged in the account file and not shared outside the assigned crew.

3

First Clean

The first visit runs longer than subsequent visits because we are establishing the baseline condition. Deep restroom sanitization, removal of accumulated debris behind furniture, floor conditioning where needed. You are welcome to inspect after the first visit — most clients do, and it is the fastest way to catch scope gaps before they become habits.

4

Ongoing Visits

Same crew, same schedule, scope-driven. If something changes — you add a room, change your hours, want to increase frequency before a client visit — contact the account supervisor directly. Changes go into the scope in writing before the next visit.

5

30-Day Check-In

At 30 days we call you — not to upsell, but to confirm the scope is working. If anything needs adjustment, we do it. If the scope is working, we note it and move on. The check-in is a standing item, not a favour.

Response-Time Commitment

If you call or email about a missed task or a quality concern during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm), we respond the same day. If it comes in after hours, we respond the next business morning and address it at the next scheduled visit, or sooner if the issue is significant.
