We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. This coverage addresses property damage and bodily injury arising from cleaning activities on client premises. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote and available on request at any time during the service relationship. The certificate names the specific insurer and policy period — not a summary card.

Surety Bond

All crew members are covered by a surety bond. The bond addresses loss of client property during cleaning visits. It is distinct from liability insurance and is specifically designed for businesses whose employees have unsupervised access to client facilities — which is exactly the situation that applies to after-hours office cleaning.

Workers’ Compensation

All employees are covered by workers' compensation as required under Minnesota law. This is not optional for an employer of our size and tenure. It means that a crew member injured on your premises is covered by our workers' comp policy, not by your building's liability coverage.
