What to Have Ready When You Call

The intake call takes about ten minutes. It helps to have the following on hand, though we can gather it over a couple of calls if needed:

• Approximate square footage of the space to be cleaned
• Number of restrooms and their configuration
• Floor types (carpet, tile, LVT, hardwood)
• Preferred cleaning days and time window
• Current access method (key, fob, alarm code)
• Any skip zones or areas that should not be entered
